Please provide a full copy of the most recently completed MHCLG Building Level Survey which the council has provided to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, showing Life Critical Fire Safety Defects and remediation status for all council housing buildings of 11+ metres (5+ storeys). Please provide the information in the Excel spreadsheet template format provided by the Ministry.
