Please treat this as a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please provide the following information relating to software systems used by the council to manage street works activity, in addition to Street Manager.1.The name of the software system or systems used by the council to manage street works activity outside of Street Manager, and the supplier name for each system.2.For each system listed above, please provide:1.Contract start date2.Contract end date3.Contract value, stated as total or annual, and please specify which applies3.For each contract, please confirm whether any extension options are included and, if so:1.The number of extensions available2.The length of each extension3.Whether any extensions have already been exercised4.Please confirm whether each system is procured under:1.A standalone contract, or2.A wider highways maintenance or highways asset management contractIf any of the requested information is already published online in existing contract award notices or procurement documents, please provide links to those sources rather than duplicating the information.
