NCIL allocations across wards

Dear Barnet Council FOI Team,I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 relating to the collection and expenditure of developer contributions across the London Borough of Barnet.Please provide, for each ward in the borough for the period 2009 to present (or earliest available records if earlier): 1.For each ward in the borough, the total amount of Section 106 contributions collected during the period.2.For each ward in the borough, the total amount of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) collected during the period.3. The total amount of Section 106 funding spent in each ward during the period specified in the original request (2009 to present, or earliest available records if earlier). Clarification received 3 March 2026. This request is for the cumulative total spent during that period, rather than end-of-year balances or annual breakdowns, unless such annual breakdowns are more readily available. For the avoidance of doubt, I am not requesting information about available or allocated sums that have not yet been spent.4.For each ward in the borough, the total amount of CIL funding during the period.5.A summary of major projects or categories of expenditure associated with each ward.6.The resident population for each ward for the same period, as held by the Council.If the full period cannot be provided within the cost limit, please provide the earliest and most complete records available within the limit.If this information is held centrally rather than by ward, please provide the closest equivalent geographic breakdown available.I would prefer the information in electronic or spreadsheet format.If any information is withheld, please specify the exemption relied upon and the public interest reasoning.
