Query on parking over dropped curve

I am making a formal request for environmental information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.I request the following information in relation to the pavement and dropped kerb outside 155 Colin Crescent, NW9 6ET:1.Confirmation of whether this section of pavement and dropped kerb is adopted highway maintainable at public expense, supported by an extract from the council's List of Streets Maintainable at Public Expense and/or the relevant highway adoption plan.2.Records or documentation identifying the purpose and classification of the dropped kerb at this location (e.g. pedestrian crossing point, cycle access, or vehicle crossover).3.Any plans, drawings or authorisation records showing the extent and boundaries of the crossover(s) at this location.This request concerns public highway records and infrastructure classification. It does not seek any personal data relating to vehicle owners or enforcement cases.
