Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request all records held by Barnet Council relating to the traffic scheme on The Meads, west of Gold Hill, HA8, since it was made permanent on 4th September 2025, including all enforcement, signage, monitoring, evaluation, costs, and related communications.I am seeking all information in any format, including internal reports, emails, meeting minutes, correspondence, plans, photographs, surveys, data sets, and other records.Requested information:1.Traffic restrictions and signage:oPlans, installation dates, photographs, schematics, or surveys of all relevant signs.oAssessments or correspondence verifying compliance with statutory guidance, visibility, and legibility.2.Camera enforcement:oDocumentation on approval, calibration, and operational standards.oInternal communications confirming compliance with Home Office or Department for Transport guidance.3.Monitoring and evaluation since 4th September 2025:oTraffic flow, air quality, accident, or safety data and reports.oInternal assessments, emails, or meeting notes evaluating whether the scheme is achieving its objectives, particularly considering that one side of The Meads is undeveloped land with no residents or businesses.4.Costs and cost-effectiveness:oTotal costs since the scheme became permanent, including signage, cameras, monitoring, and staff time.oInternal assessments or correspondence evaluating cost-effectiveness compared to achieved benefits, taking into account the limited potential beneficiaries.
