Dear Freedom of Information Officer,I'm writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.Please provide borough-wide data for state-funded secondary schools for the most recent full academic year available (and, if readily accessible, for the previous two academic years for comparison):1. The number and percentage of students who have been permanently excluded or received fixed-term suspensions, broken down by:*School*Year group / age*Sex / gender*Ethnicity and/or nationality*Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) status, including category of need where recorded2. The number and percentage of students who have received formal behavioural sanctions (including detentions, isolation, or equivalent measures), broken down by:*School*Type of sanction*Year group / age*Sex / gender*Ethnicity and/or nationality*SEND status and category of need where recorded3. The total student population for each school, with the same demographic breakdowns where available, including overall SEND prevalence.4. Any reports, analyses, or reviews produced by the Local Authority within the past three years relating to SEND representation in exclusions or behavioural sanctions, including any assessments of disproportionality.I'm happy to receive the data in anonymised, aggregate form and do not require any personally identifiable information.Thank you, I look forward to your response within the statutory 20 working days.
