I would like to request the following information regarding the planning applications for GP surgeries in your area:a) How many planning applications for the construction of a GP surgery have been made in each year since 2015?b) How many of these applications have been approved?c) Of those approved, how many have begun construction?Please could you provide this information in the format of an Excel spreadsheet.
