I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.Please provide the following information for the period 2009 to present (or earliest available records if earlier) relating to traffic, parking and access impacts affecting Whitings Hill Primary School and surrounding streets.1.Any assessments, correspondence, reports or internal discussions regarding the use of:oSection 106 agreementsoCommunity Infrastructure Levy (CIL) fundingoor other developer contributionsto mitigate traffic, parking or access pressures affecting the school.2.This should include, but not be limited to:oconsideration of onsite drop-off/pick-up facilitiesoschool access redesignotraffic management linked to nearby developmentosafety mitigation measures associated with increased pupil numbers or nearby housing growth.3.Any documentation relating specifically to mitigation discussions in connection with the adjacent council led development.If the volume of information is large, please prioritise formal assessments, agreements, and decision making documents.If any information is withheld, please specify the exemption relied upon and provide public interest reasoning.I would prefer the information electronically.
