Purchase of land on Christ Church Lane, Barnet in 1960s

In the late 1960s the London Borough of Barnet purchased a tranche of land (woodland) on Christ Church Lane, Barnet, at the top of Sunset View, EN5 4LB. Google Maps link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/BdMyipdtjxHTovxb9 - location ref: 51.65975315095097, -0.20208522993603734, This land was at the time intended to be part of a planned bypass road which was abandoned in 1969. LBB still owns one of the three plots which comprise this piece of land. The information I am seeking under this FOI is: - The date the land was purchased by LBB; - Who the land was purchased from; - The purchase price.
