I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act regarding the proposed Silk Stream Bridge at the Welsh Harp Reservoir.Specifically, I am requesting the following information:1. Project Plans and Specifications*The most recent architectural and engineering drawings, site plans, and design specifications for the bridge.*The projected timeline for the project, including start dates and estimated completion.2. Financial Information and Costs*The total estimated budget for the project, including a breakdown of construction, land acquisition, and consultancy costs.*Copies of any Cost-Benefit Analysis or Value for Money assessments conducted to date.*Information on the sources of funding (e.g., local government, central government grants, or private investment).3. Environmental Impact*The full Environmental Impact Assessment or any preliminary environmental reports commissioned for this project.*Data regarding the projected impact on local biodiversity, water quality, noise and light levels.*Any proposed mitigation strategies to offset environmental damage.4. Internal Communications*Copies of internal emails, memos, and meeting minutes regarding the bridge proposal from the last 12 months.Note: To keep this request reasonable I am specifically looking for communications related to environmental concerns, cost/maintenance concerns and public opposition.Format of ResponseI would prefer to receive this information in electronic format.
