Request Details:Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please could you kindly provide the following information regarding the development at St Andrews Road / Templars Tennis Club (Planning Ref: 20/5460/FUL): 1.The S106 Monitoring Log: A copy of the internal monitoring records and "trigger alerts" related to the £2,625 S106 Monitoring Fee paid by the developer (LEOS/NW London Properties).2.Trigger Verification: Confirmation of the date the Council recorded the occupation of the 2nd residential unit - which served as the legal trigger for the Condition 15 sports modernisation and marketing scheme.3.Compliance Records: Copies of any Marketing Plans/refurbishment capital & sustainable management plans for both tennis & MUGA modernisation. Please also confirm who submitted the sports Timetables, and when? And please specify who/which party in the Council approved all these documents.4.Subsidy Audit: Records of any monitoring or auditing of the 12-month rent-free community sports subsidy mandated by the 2021 consent- specifically verifying who is monitoring and which entity is currently utilising this financial benefit.5.Unauthorised Use Reports: Copies of any internal correspondence between the Planning Enforcement team and the S106 Monitoring Officer regarding the current occupation of the site by a non-sporting charity (Vaidichka Beis Hamedrash). Confirmation of whether the charity is occupying premises on lease and/or rental agreement and which parties have confirmed this. Thank you very much.
