I would be grateful for clarification on a number of points to ensure I have correctly understood the information provided.1.Please confirm explicitly the number of Essential Service Parking Permits allocated specifically for use within each of the following CPZs:* Underhill South Experimental CPZ* Barnet Hospital CPZ* Chipping Barnet CPZ - Zone C* Chipping Barnet CPZ - Zone D2.As you have stated that the permits are non-zonal, please confirm that:* no allocation is made per CPZ, and* the Council does not monitor or record usage of these permits by CPZ location.3.You have indicated that historical data prior to 1 November 2025 is not accessible following the introduction of the MiPermit system.
