Impact of Barnet Council being accredited as a London Living Wage Employer

Please provide details of the financial impact, from a budget perspective, of implementing the London Living Wage for outsourced workers engaged by Barnet Council. Specifically, I would like to know:1. The estimated or actual additional annual cost to the Council of ensuring outsourced workers are paid at least the London Living Wage especial for the category of cleaners and carers.2. Any budget reports, assessments, or internal analyses that quantify or discuss these costs.3.
