Ethnicity categories in population profiles

Under the Freedom of Information Act, please provide me with copies of all documents pertaining to the decision-making process on producing the latest population profile reports with specific reference to decisions on which categories to include for Ethnicity, Ethnic group, Ethnic group (detailed), Main language, National identity, Country of birth, Country of birth (detailed), and Passport held.Please also provide a copy of the most up to date population ethnicity report published or relevant links if this can be accessed online or is available via live data sets.
