Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information relating to fly-tipping within your local authority area.For the most recent full calendar year available (1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025), please provide the following:1. White Goods Fly-Tipping Incidentsa) The total number of recorded fly-tipping incidents involving large domestic appliances or 'white goods'.Where possible, please provide a breakdown by appliance type, including (but not limited to) fridges, freezers, washing machines, tumbley dryers, dishwashers, cookers/ovens.If appliance-level breakdown is not available, please provide totals recorded under classifications such as (but not limited to) 'Large domestic appliances', 'White goods', 'Electrical waste'.2. Overall Fly-Tipping Contexta) The total number of fly-tipping incidents recorded across all waste categories during the same period.b) If recorded, the percentage of total fly-tipping incidents that involved white goods or large domestic appliances.3. Enforcement Actiona) The number of Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) issued in relation to fly-tipping involving white goods or large domestic appliances.b) The number of Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) issued in relation to other fly-tipping offences.c) The number of prosecutions brought for fly-tipping offences during the same period (if recorded).4. Financial Impacta) The estimated total cost to the council of clearing and disposing of fly-tipped white goods or large domestic appliances.b) The total number of Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) issued for all fly-tipping offences during the same period.5.
