Dear Planning Department,I am making a FOI request to access all internal records relating to planning application 25/5193/HSE, 25/3706/HSE and 25/0080/HSE at 23, Rookery Close, NW9 6QJ.Specifically, I request:1. All internal officer notes and delegated report notes relating to the assessment and approval of this application, including any internal reasoning for granting planning permission, particularly in relation to the planning reference: 25/5193/HSE.2. Confirmation that my submitted objections were considered, including, but not limited to, the following points: Lack of the minimum 1m boundary gap (SPD 14.7) Overdevelopment and visual dominance, including cumulative impact of previous extensions (loft conversion, first-floor rear extension, ground-floor rear and side extensions) Impact on street character, terracing effect, and appearance of the cul-de-sac Loss of light or overbearing impact Omissions in submitted drawings of previously approved extensions Statutory notification of neighbouring properties and whether all affected neighbours were notified3. Any internal discussions, assessments, or correspondence justifying any departure from the SPD guidance referenced in my objections, including visual dominance, cumulative bulk, or character impact.4. Any additional documents or correspondence the applicant of these planning applications has engaged in with the Council5.
