Planning Application Ref 26/0315/FUL, 83 Booth Road, London, NW9 5JU 16755165 It seems that the above application has been subject to correspondence between the Council and Transport for London (TfL).TfL are requesting that a planning condition be attached to the planning permission. This condition goes beyond what is necessary for a grant of permission for the level of works being contemplated.It seems likely that TfL has not understood what is being contemplated here and so I would like to be able to contact TfL myself to discuss the need for this condition. However, to do so I need the TfL contact details. The case officer (name redacted - personal data under UK GDPR Data protection legislation) has informed me that it is not Barnet Council's policy to release such correspondence to the public. Whilst I might understand the need to protect the details of private individuals, correspondence received from statuory consultees are a matter of public record and (as they are with other authorities I deal with) be made available upon the website as standard good practice.As a result, I am making a FoI request for all letters and emails between the case officer and TfL regarding this planning application.
