1.Please provide the up-to-date versions of a.your authority's Accommodation Acquisitions Policy;b.Placement & Resettlement Policy; and/orc.any policies related to procurement of accommodation for homeless applicants. Please confirm whether each of these policies are publicly available, and where they can be found online.2.For the 12 months prior to 02 March 2026 (or the most recent data available), please confirm the methods by which Barnet council procured private rented sector accommodation offered to end (i) the Relief Duty under section 189B of the Housing Act 1996 ('Relief Duty) or (ii) the Main Housing Duty under section 193 of the Housing Act 1996, ('Main Duty'). Specifically, please provide a list of all third-party providers that the council have contracted to procure private sector accommodation. 3.For the 12 months prior to 02 March 2026 (or the most recent data available), please confirm the number and percentage proportions of Private Rented Sector Offers (PRSOs) procured via each of the methods identified in (2) for both (i) the Relief Duty and (ii) the Main Duty. Please provide separate data for both the Relief Duty and the Main Duty.
