Flat 2, 16 Sunningfields Road, London, NW4 4RL.Mr Ben West, Barnet Housing Enforcement Officer (Private Sector Housing Team), attended the property together with two colleagues on 12 February 2026.Mr West also carried out a previous inspection on 5 July 2024, followed by another visit with a colleague at a later date.I am requesting the full report because between his visits a section of the kitchen ceiling collapsed, and I believe this incident may not have been included in the assessment.Please provide:**the complete inspection report,**all supporting evidence used by the inspector (including photographs, measurements, and*notes),**the specific criteria and regulations applied during the assessment.*I require this information to review the accuracy and fairness of the assessment.
