Borough-wide CPZ Consultation Outcomes

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.Please provide a consolidated summary for all Controlled Parking Zones (CPZs), including new CPZs, extensions, and Experimental Traffic Orders (whether subsequently made permanent or not), which were implemented by the London Borough of Barnet between 1 January 2018 and the date of this request.For each CPZ implemented, please provide the following information:1. Official scheme name and reference (if applicable).2. Date the scheme was approved or implemented.3. Dates of the formal statutory consultation period.4. Total number of valid consultation responses recorded during the formal statutory consultation stage.5. Number of responses recorded by the Council as expressing support.6. Number of responses recorded by the Council as expressing objection.7. Number of responses recorded as neither explicitly supporting nor objecting (if applicable).8. Confirmation of whether more than 50% of valid consultation responses expressed support (yes/no).9. Confirmation of whether more than 50% of valid consultation responses expressed objection (yes/no).For clarity:'Valid consultation responses' refers only to responses counted by the Council during the formal statutory consultation stage.'Support' refers to responses recorded by the Council as supporting implementation of the CPZ.'Objection' refers to responses recorded by the Council as opposing implementation of the CPZ.'Majority' means greater than 50% of the valid consultation responses received.I am not requesting copies of consultation submissions or narrative summaries. I am requesting the numerical totals already recorded by the Council in decision reports or consultation outcome documents.If this information is contained within published decision reports or consultation documents, please extract and provide the relevant numerical data in tabular format (e.g., spreadsheet) rather than directing me to webpages.If any part of this request is considered to exceed the cost limit, please advise how it may be refined.Please provide the information electronically.
