I am making a request for recorded information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.In a previous response you stated that, within the last financial year, the highest award of gross eligible rent for exempt accommodation in Barnet was £870.84 per week.1.For the single Housing Benefit claim (or tenancy/placement) that corresponds to the maximum 'gross eligible rent' figure of £870.84 per week, please provide an anonymised breakdown of that gross eligible rent into:a) core rent (eligible rent) b) eligible service charges, itemised by category (e.g., communal utilities, cleaning, maintenance/repairs, security/door entry/fire safety systems, etc.) c) any ineligible charges identified and removed (and the amount removed), and the reason category (e.g., support/care, personal utilities, food, etc.)d) the resulting total gross eligible rent used for HB calculation (confirming it equals £870.84/week).2.For the same claim, please provide the following anonymised property/arrangement descriptors (no address or personal data):a) accommodation type (e.g., shared house/HMO; self-contained; hostel; other) b) number of bedrooms/units covered by the rent figure and whether the £867.00 per week is per person/unit or for a whole propertyc) whether the case was treated as 'specified accommodation' and, if so, which category (e.g., exempt accommodation / managed property / refuge / LA hostel)d) landlord type (Registered Provider / registered charity / voluntary organisation / other qualifying landlord), stated at a high level (no organisation name required if that would identify the case)e) support provision relationship at a high level (support delivered by landlord; or by a third party on behalf of the landlord; yes/no).3.Please confirm whether any rent restriction/reasonableness decision was applied for this claim (e.g., restricted as unreasonably high / not restricted), and provide any recorded notes, decision template text, or recorded rationale used to reach that decision (redacting personal data).4.Please provide the information in a simple table (Excel/CSV is fine).
