63 Corringham Road Building Works Compliance and Pavement Damage. Given the developer's apparent ability to navigate Council processes without consequence, I and others are actively considering submitting a formal request under both the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. Such a request would cover all correspondence, inspection logs, enforcement notices, and internal communications relating to this site. The Council would have 20 working days to comply, and any refusal would be subject to review by the Information Commissioner's Office
