Who was the Building Control Body responsible for this work?The register lists Build Insight Ltd as 'Agent Name'. Please confirm whether Build InsightLtd was acting only as an agent for the applicant, or whether a Registered BuildingControl Approver (RBCA) was appointed as the Building Control Body for this project. Ifan RBCA was appointed, please provide the RBCA's name and contact details (and, ifheld, the relevant notice/reference by which Barnet was notified).2. What does 'Building Work Complete' mean in this case?Please confirm whether Barnet has received a completion certificate/notice from theBuilding Control Body, or whether Barnet itself has issued a completion/final certificate. Ifa certificate/notice has been received or issued, please confirm the date it was received/issued and provide a copy.3.
