Subject: Environmental Information Request - Stage 2 Referral DocumentationPlanning Application: 24/2686/OUT (Edgware Town Centre)Dear Team,I understand that the London Borough of Barnet submitted the Stage 2 referral for planning application 24/2686/OUT (Edgware Town Centre) to the Mayor of London on 11 March 2026.This email constitutes a request for environmental information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, and where relevant the Freedom of Information Act 2000.I request copies of all documents forming part of, or accompanying, the Stage 2 referral submitted to the Mayor of London, including but not limited to:1.The Stage 2 referral report or officer submission to the Mayor.2.The draft schedule of planning conditions.3.The Section 106 heads of terms.4.Any draft Section 106 agreement.5.Any transport assessments, interchange analysis, modelling, or infrastructure reports submitted with the referral.6.Any equalities analysis, Equalities Impact Assessment, or Public Sector Equality Duty documentation relating to the scheme.7.Any consultation responses, advice, or correspondence from Transport for London relating to the referral.8.Any supporting documents, appendices, technical notes, or attachments submitted as part of the Stage 2 referral package.For clarity, this request includes all documents provided by the London Borough of Barnet to the Mayor of London in connection with the Stage 2 referral.In addition, I would be grateful if you could confirm:1.The date on which the Greater London Authority formally received the Stage 2 referral.2.The deadline for the Mayor's intervention decision under the relevant provisions of the Mayor of London Order.If any of the requested information is already publicly available, please provide the relevant link.If any part of the information requested is held by another authority, please transfer the request to the appropriate body or advise accordingly, in accordance with your duties under the Environmental Information Regulations.I would be grateful to receive the information in electronic form.
