This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.Please provide the following information relating to Talgarth Walk, Barnet (NW9):1. Confirmation of whether Talgarth Walk is recorded on the council's List of Streets maintained at public expense under Section 36(6) of the Highways Act 1980.2. Copies of any Section 38 agreements relating to highway adoption for the development including: - the agreement itself - associated plans - bond value and bond holder - current adoption status.3. Copies of any Section 106 planning agreements relating to the development, including obligations relating to highways, public realm, open space, lighting, drainage, or maintenance responsibilities.4. The name of the current legal owner or responsible management company for the roads and communal areas if they are not adopted.5. Any inspection reports, defect reports, or correspondence held by the Highways department regarding Talgarth Walk within the last 10 years.6. Any internal council correspondence discussing whether Talgarth Walk should or could be adopted as a public highway.7. Any commuted sums, maintenance bonds, or financial securities held by the council in relation to this development.
