Consistency of MCA scoring in CPZ prioritisation

Under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, please provide recorded information relating to the use of Multi-Criteria Analysis (MCA) scores when determining whether to progress Controlled Parking Zone proposals.1.Please confirm whether the MCA score is used as a formal prioritisation tool when determining which areas proceed to CPZ consultation or implementation.2.Please provide a list of all locations assessed using the MCA model within the past five years, including the MCA score for each location.3.For each CPZ scheme introduced or consulted upon in that period, please confirm:othe MCA score for the relevant area at the time the scheme was considered.4.Please confirm whether any locations with higher MCA scores than the Underhill South area were assessed but did not proceed to CPZ consultation or implementation.5.If such locations exist, please provide:othe MCA score for each location,othe reason why a CPZ was not progressed in those areas.6.Please provide any guidance, internal policy documents, or decision-making frameworks that explain how MCA scores are used when determining whether to proceed with CPZ proposals.If the requested information is already in the public domain, please provide the precise document, dataset or direct link to the relevant material rather than referring me to a general web page.
