Dear Sir or Madam,I am writing to request information in relation to the property located at:17 Crest Court,NW4 2HLI recently purchased this property and would like to request details of any complaints or investigations relating to noise nuisance connected with the property or nearby commercial premises, including the restaurant located in the immediate vicinity.Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and, where applicable, the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, I kindly request the following information:1. Confirmation of whether any noise complaints have been made relating to the above property or neighbouring premises within the last 5-10 years.2. The dates of any such complaints.3. Whether any investigations were carried out by the Environmental Health or Noise Nuisance team.4. Whether any warning letters, Noise Abatement Notices, or other enforcement actions were issued.5. Whether the council holds any records of ongoing or repeated complaints regarding the nearby restaurant or related business operations.I understand that any personal data may be redacted in accordance with data protection legislation, however I would appreciate confirmation of the existence of complaints and any action taken.If this request would be better handled under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, please treat it accordingly.I look forward to your response within the statutory timeframe.
