I request disclosure of the minutes of the tenants' meeting held on 13 October 2025, including any attendance lists, briefing papers, or presentations associated with that meeting. Despite the meeting being directly relevant to estate management and service delivery, no minutes have ever been shared with residents.Accordingly, please provide:1.Copies of all letters or notices issued to the six flats regarding the transition to bulk metered water charging (both the initial letter and the subsequent confirmation letter).2.The full and unredacted minutes of the tenants' meeting held on 13 October 2025, together with any associated documents.3.If any of the above documents do not exist, please confirm this explicitly and provide the Council's policy on record keeping and resident communication for such matters.4.If any information is withheld, please specify the statutory exemption(s) relied upon and provide the public interest test.
