Dog breeding licensing (2006-2011)

I am writing to request information held by your council relating to licensed dog breeding establishments in your area. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, we formally request that you provide the following information regarding dog breeding licences issued by your council. Requested information: 1. Approved first-time applications (FTA): For each year of 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011, the total number of approved first-time applications for a dog breeding licence. Where possible, include the length of license issued, in years. 2. Fee charged for first-time applications: For each year of 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011, the fee charged (in GBP) for a first-time dog breeding licence application, including any inspection fee(s). If the fee varies (e.g., by risk/star rating, number of dogs/breeding bitches, premises type), please provide a brief note explaining the reasons for the variation. 3. Approved renewal applications (RNA): For each year of 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011, the total number of approved renewal applications for a dog breeding licence. 4. Fee charged for renewals: For each year of 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011, the fee charged (in GBP) for a renewal application, including any inspection fee(s). If the fee varies, please provide a brief note explaining the reasons for the variation. 5. Refused applications: For each year of 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011, the total number of applications for a dog breeding licence that were refused. If available, please provide the reason(s) for refusal (for example, the categories used in your records). Finally, a more specific question regarding each licenced dog breeding establishment in 2006 and 2011 only. 6. For each licensed dog breeding establishment in 2006 and 2011 only, please provide:- The number of breeding bitches recorded by the council in each establishment - The breed of each breeding bitch (and if known include the breed of the male stud/father, if different to mother's breed) - The age of all breeding bitches, if recorded
