Number of Penalty Charges issued for a specific Barnet Council camera

There is a Barnet Council traffic enforcement camera on a lamp post in front of Barnet Church at the junction of Wood Street and High Street EN5. It monitors the box junction and traffic entering/leaving.I am specifically interested in traffic travelling southbound along Wood Street and entering the box junction as they turn right into the High Street towards Barnet Hill/WhetstoneI would like to know, in the last 5 years, broken down by month, how many Penalty Charges were issued in respect of vehicles completing this manouver and stopping as they turned right within the junction.I would then like to know, again for each month, the number of drivers that paid without reprentation, the number that made representaion and then paid upon receipt of a response from the council, and the number that went to the Ombudesman. I would then like to know the number of Penalty Charges where the Ombudesman found in favour of the driver and the number in favour of the council Finally, i would like to know the value of tickets issued, cancelled and paid in respect of that specific camera broken down by month over the same 5 year period.
