May you please supply me with the following information.
Pay Quartiles
1. The total number of employees within the council as of December 2018
2. The number of male full-pay employees in the lower, lower middle, upper middle and upper quartile pay bands per year in the years 2016, 2017 and 2018
3. The number of female full-pay employees in the lower, lower middle, upper middle and upper quartile pay bands per year in the years 2016, 2017 and 2018
4. The number of BME (black and ethnic minority) full-pay employees in the lower, lower middle, upper middle and upper quartile pay bands per year in the years 2016, 2017 and 2018
5. The number of white British full-pay relevant employees in the lower, lower middle, upper middle and upper quartile pay bands per year in the years 2016, 2017 and 2018
Bonuses
1. The number of employees receiving a bonus per year in the years 2010 - 2018
2. The number of employees receiving a bonus per year in the years 2010 - 2018 , broken down by gender and race i.e in 2015, 3 employees received a bonus, 2 were white males etc
3. The average bonus pay paid to relevant BME employees and the bonus pay made to white British relevant employees per year, in the years 2010 - 2018
4. The average bonus pay paid to male relevant employees and the bonus pay made to female relevant employees per year, in the years 2010 - 2018
Mean pay
5. The mean hourly pay for a full time male employee within the months of January 2019, January 2018 and January 2017
6. The mean hourly pay for a full time female employee within the months of January 2019, January 2018 and January 2017
7. The mean hourly pay for a full time white british employee within the months of January 2019, January 2018 and January 2017
8. The mean hourly pay for a full time BME employee within the months of January 2019, January 2018 and January 2017
Median Pay
9. The median hourly pay for a full time white british employee within the months of January 2019, January 2018 and January 2017
10. The median hourly pay for a full time BME employee within the months of January 2019, January 2018 and January 2017
11. The median hourly pay for a full time male employee within the months of January 2019, January 2018 and January 2017
12. The median hourly pay for a full time female employee within the months of January 2019, January 2018 and January 2017
13. Do employees (male and female) have access to shared parental leave and flexible working hours?
