Licensed HMOs

Please could I make a Freedom of Information request for the complete list of all licensed HMO properties on the current council register.

I would be grateful if the list could be provided in Excel format, and include at least the following information:

HMO address,
License Expiry Date
License Holder Name and Address
HMO Manager and Address
