HMO list enquiry

I would be grateful if you could supply an updated list of addresses for current HMO licensed properties in the borough of Barnet including the NAME(S) AND CORRESPONDENCE ADDRESS (ES) FOR THE OWNERS (LICENSE HOLDERS)

I am making this request for full details as required by Section 232 (1) (a) of the act as prescribed by the Licensing and Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation and Other Houses (Miscellaneous Provisions) (England) Regulation 2006.

Please do not direct me to the public register as this does not provide all of the relevant information that I have outlined above, I require an updated list of the name(s) and address (es) of the license holder to thoroughly complete my assignment.

I'm a researcher conducting an assignment on HMO's in London and need to conduct a survey of all HMO license holders with regards to the new legislation being considered at the moment.

I understand this that this information is available to me under the Freedom of Information act but was advised that there may be a small administration fee.

Please can you let me know how much that is, how it can be paid and how I can get a copy of the list emailed to me.
