Do you use Microsoft or Google as your office productivity tool?

Please answer the following questions for me:
1. Do you use Microsoft or Google as your office productivity tool?
2. If Google, when does your current agreement finish?
3. If Microsoft, can you provide details of your Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) including:
* Commencement date of the above agreement
* The term (in months) of the agreement or the termination date of the current agreement
I would like the above information to be provided to me on paper or in electronic format.
If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Act, you are required to advise and assist requesters, If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary.
If the release of any of this information is prohibited on the grounds of breach of confidence, I ask that you supply me with copies of the confidentiality agreement and remind you that information should not be treated as confidential if such an agreement has not been signed.
If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request. If you can identify any ways that my request could be refined, I would be grateful for any further advice and assistance.
