HGV1 vehicles and Yellow Box Junctions

I understand from correspondence that 'There are potential issues with the phasing of the traffic lights, issues which could affect drivers of heavy goods vehicles and have an impact on their ability to navigate the location in question without contravening yellow box junction restrictions. We will continue to investigate these issues to come up with a solution.'

From your response stating, ' I have asked the Parking Service to revisit this request, and am able to inform you that records show that a total of two penalty charge notices were issued to HGV1 vehicles at this location in the period identified', I could therefore assume that, potentially, 12 HGV1 vehicles were issued at this location during a year.

I should like to know under the Freedom of information Act whether Barnet Borough Council has 'come up with a solution' and whether measures have now been put in place to remedy the problem, i.e. correct the potential issues.
