Barnet Homes Management Agreement

My request for information relates to the 'Management Agreement' with your ALMO 'Barnet Homes'.
I was hoping to confirm a few details as follows '
* Start Date? (Start Date of current Management Agreement)
* End Date? (End Date of current Management Agreement)
* Next Break Clause? ('Breakpoints' outlined in the agreement, designated times at which to review the agreement)
* And finally, if there are any plans by 'London Borough of Barnet Council' to bring the services provided by 'Barnet Homes' back within the Council?

Using the Management Agreement found on the following site -
I was able to establish the start and end date but saw no details as to when the next 'Breakpoint/Break Clause/MA Review' might occur and hoped you might be able to help. And from that point I wanted to enquire if there were any notable changes or future plans being discussed currently to change the Management Agreement?
Please do correct me if my information is incorrect.
