Section 106 affordable housing delivery

Under the Freedom of Information Act (2000), I request the following information:

1. The number of affordable homes being delivered in your area through Section 106 agreements (a) completed and (b) started in the following years:
i. 2015/16
ii. 2016/17
iii. 2017/18
iv. 2018/19
v. 2019/20

2. Of the affordable homes referred to in 1(a)i-v and 1(b)i-v, how many were being delivered on sites of 50 units or less in
i. 2015/16
ii. 2016/17
iii. 2017/18
iv. 2018/19
v. 2019/20

3. How many developments larger than 50 units were completed in your area in the financial years
i. 2015/16
ii. 2016/17
iii. 2017/18
iv. 2018/19
v. 2019/20

If possible, I would like this information to be provided electronically. If the council is not able to provide all the information requested, then please provide as much as can reasonably be done so.
