Freedom of Information request - Public Rights of Way

Please could you look into and send me the following information:

1) A descriptive list or scanned copy of the definitive map of all public rights of way (including bridleways and restricted byways) in NW7, HA8, EN5 and N20 postcode districts.

2) Copies or summaries of any complaints, feedback or general correspondence received since 1st January 2020, regarding public rights of way in the aforementioned postcode districts, along with any actions taken as a result.

3) What is the maintenance or monitoring schedule employed by Barnet Council to ensure that public rights of way remain accessible and in good condition?

4) Please clarify what the local authority is legally bound to do in terms of upkeep of public rights of way (for example installing kissing gates, ensuring wheelchair accessibility, trimming overgrowth and trees etc), and which responsibilities fall to the respective land owners instead.
