impact of PP change

I am looking into the impact of the Department of Education's decision to change the Pupil Premium calculation date from January 21 to October 20.

I would like to know if the council has made any assessment of the impact this change will have, if so, I would like to see it.
I would also like to know many pupils the council have registered as FSM in January 2020, October 2020 and finally, if it's known, how many were registered in January 2021.

I would be grateful if you could clarify if these figures include academies based in the council area.

Please treat this as an FOI request and I would be grateful if you could confirm receipt.
