Dangerous Wild Animals Act (DWA) 1976.

1 - If a person has a licence for one type of animal and seeks a licence for another type of animal (assuming both being granted) would this be regarded as one licence (with the onus being one licence per person spanning all relevant animals) or two licences (with the onus being one licence per type of relevant animal regardless of it being the same person covering both)?

2 - Has your Council ever, since the inception of the DWA 1976, issued a Licence for a large cat (Felidae: bobcat, caracal, cheetah, jaguar, leopard, lion, lynx, ocelot, puma, serval or tiger)?

If your Council has issued a licence, please populate this information in a clear table with the following columns:

A - Year the licence was issued.
B - Year the licence expired or is due to expire.
C - What type of large cat.
D - The location of the large cat.
E - The amount of large cat(s) the licence covered/covers.

3 - Has your Council ever, since the inception of the DWA 1976, refused a Licence for a large cat (Felidae: bobcat, caracal, cheetah, jaguar, leopard, lion, lynx, ocelot, puma, serval or tiger)?

If your Council has refused a licence, please populate this information in a clear table with the following columns:

A - Year the licence was applied for.
B - What type of large cat.
C - The proposed location of the large cat.
D - The reason for rejection of the licence.
E - The proposed amount of large cat(s) the application concerned.

4 - Has your Council ever, since the inception of the DWA 1976, issued a Licence for a Crocodilian (Alligators, Caimans, Crocodiles, False Gharial or Gharial)?

If your Council has issued a licence, please populate this information in a clear table with the following columns:

A - Year the licence was issued.
B - Year the licence expired or is due to expire.
C- What type of Crocodilian.
D - The location of the Crocodilian.
E - The amount of Crocodilian(s) the licence covered/covers.

5 - Has your Council ever, since the inception of the DWA 1976, refused a Licence for a Crocodilian (Alligators, Caimans, Crocodiles, False Gharial or Gharial)?
