I would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:

1. The entities name/s, address, telephone number, email address and website that provides care act advocacy for your council? If you provide this in house provide the requested details for the department/worker who oversees this.

2. A copy of any advertisement or publications for the care act advocacy service.

3. The entities name/s, address, telephone number, email address and website that provides non care act advocacy or Information,advice and guidance (eg non statutory) or similar for Adults with a Learning Disability and or Autism for your council (this could be via a grant or service agreement) If you provide this in house provide the requested details for the department/worker who oversees this. (Helpful note: possibly a Commissioning Department/ Commissioner for Learning Disabilities/Autism can assist with this)
