Request for Information on Cancelled PCNs

On 16 June 2021, the London Tribunals decided in Case 2210238633 that the PCN AG38744622 should be cancelled as the markings on the yellow box junction of High Street/St Albans Road were inadequate at the time of the alleged contravention on 16 April 2021.

I would be grateful if Barnet Council could provide the following information:

- how many PCN's have subsequently been cancelled as a result of this decision?

- what steps the Council has taken or plans to take to restore the markings at this junction to the standard required for enforcement?
