Council-owned buildings and facilities

I would like to submit the following Freedom of Information request:

Could you provide me with a list of council-owned buildings and facilities in your borough which are currently not in normal use, whether temporarily or permanently, including but not limited to community centres, resident association or community halls, social care sites, sports centres, libraries, youth clubs, childcare spaces, shops, depots and garages?

For each building or facility could you provide:

a. the name and address of each site
b. the size in square metres
c. the purpose for which it was most recently used
d. a description of its current or temporary use, if any (eg in property guardianship)
e. when it became unused or closed, if relevant
f. the reason it became unused or closed, if relevant
g. whether the change in usage is temporary or permanent.
