Freedom of Information request - Pedestrian Crossings

This request is made under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act and Environmental Information Regulations and is submitted on behalf of Friern Barnet & Whetstone Residents' Association.

The term 'documents' used below includes documents whether in written or in electronic formats and includes reports, papers, notes, emails, letters and memoranda.

This request relates to the Council's standard design criteria and specifications for the following categories of pedestrian crossings - Zebra crossings (excluding humped crossings), light controlled crossings((excluding humped crossings), humped Zebra crossings and humped light controlled crossings).

1. Please provide copies of documents setting out the current standard design criteria and specifications (those for actual crossings are not required;

2. Please provide separate totals for the Council's spending on the provision (including replacement) of each category of pedestrian crossing in each of the five most recent financial years for which such figures are available; and

3. For each of the same financial years please provide separate totals
for the numbers of each such category of pedestrian crossing provided
by the Council (including replacements) .
