The temporary traffic arrangements at and close to the junction of Finchley Road and Dunstan Road NW11 on 14-17/3/2022

I am seeking all available information on the temporary traffic arrangements at and close to the junction of Finchley Road and Dunstan Road NW11 on 14/3/2022-17/3/2022, which I understand were to facilitate a water connection dig by Thames Water in Dunstan Road, including
(i) precisely what traffic arrangements were authorised by the Council, including the temporary signal arrangement used and lane closures;
(ii) any impact or risk assessments made by the Council prior to the authorisation;
(iii) any alternative traffic arrangements considered by the Council, and why they were rejected;
(iv) details of visits by officers to monitor the traffic arrangements;
(v) any details noted of any deviation from the terms of the permit, and the Council's response to it;
(vi) any notes on the actual effects of the traffic arrangements on road users;
(vii) any concluding report.
