Allotment annual return forms

I write further to a request of 24 January 2022 and the response reference 7988957. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and/or the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, please supply the following information:

1. Every self-managed allotment site in LBB (Barnet) is obliged under its lease to submit an annual return ('Schedule 4 return') to 31 March each year by 1st July the same year: for how long is it Barnet's policy to retain Schedule 4 returns received?
2. How many Schedule 4 returns are held by Barnet as at 15 May 2022 relating to the year ended 31 March 2019?
3. How many Schedule 4 returns are held by Barnet as at 15 May 2022 relating to the year ended 31 March 2020?
4. How many Schedule 4 returns relating to the year ended 31 March 2021 were received by 1 July 2021?
5. How many Schedule 4 returns relating to the year ended 31 March 2021 had not been received by Barnet by 15 May 2022?
6. In respect of each 31 March 2021 Schedule 4 return identified in response to point 5, what are the names of the allotment sites concerned?
7. How many reminders for Schedule 4 returns relating to the year ended 31 March 2021 were issued by Barnet between 1 April 2022 and 15 May 2022?
