TRA procedures

Dear Barnet Borough Council
Please provide a list of Barnet's Tenants and Residents Associations and Leaseholders Groups that have been:
1. Issued with a warning of suspension by Barnet Council and/or
2. Suspended by Barnet Council
I am here referring to whole TRA or LG, not individual members.
The period to cover for this data is 2012 to 2021 and I would be grateful if the data were provided in excel or civ format.
Please include in the list also the reason for warning and or suspension, the date (year) the warning or suspension was issued and its duration.

If it is not possible to provide a list with the names of the TRA, please provide just the number of procedures (warning of suspension separately from actual suspensions) and the year.
If the requested period would lead to my request being denied, please provide the data from 2017 to 2021

If the decision is made to withhold some of this data using exemptions in the Data Protection Act, please inform me of that fact and cite the exemptions used.
If you need any clarification then please do not hesitate to contact me. Under Section 16 it is your duty to provide advice and assistance and so I would expect you to contact me if you find this request unmanageable in any way.
