Please provide information on the following;

1). How many applications for jobs from those aged 60 years old and over have been selected for an interview and successfully appointed in any position within the council over the last 3 years this applies to both internal and external candidates?
2). Please provide people profile statistics in each department of the council ( ethnicity,gender, age, etc)?
3). How many agency staff are currently hired throughout the whole council?
4). When a job vacancy is advertised and is covered by agency staff, how many or what percentage of those agency staff apply for that position and are appointed breakdown please in each department?
5). When advertising a job vacancy externally does the council state that the vacancy is open to all internal staff which would include agency workers?
