Fire door safety inspections

Dear FOI officer

Please can I request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, with regards to fire safety door inspections at the Council.
* How many fire safety doors are there in total across all council buildings?
* What was the date of your most recent fire safety door inspection?
* How many/what percentage (whichever is easier) of your fire safety doors failed this inspection?
* How regularly do you carry out fire safety door inspections? i.e. annually, monthly, etc.
* If available, what is the main reason for any failures during your most recent fire safety door inspection?
I should prefer to receive this information in electronic format at this email address, however, I am happy to receive them by post if that is more convenient.
It would be helpful if you were to provide any brief notes which might be necessary to understand the context of the information provided, although I recognise that you are not obliged to do this.
