CPZ residents bays and request for information that relates to the occupation of my property as the only resident and sole occupant here

I am concerned that residents parking permits are being misused.

The vehicle WO13 ESU has repeatedly been parking unlawfully by tresspassing on my driveway. Following a complaint, they have since stopped (after damaging the drains and pavement) however

I now regularly see the same car parked in resident permit holder bays and you need to check

1. Whether there is a permit issued to this vehicle

2. That the application for a residents permit was made by an occupant of any of the residents here and that occupant is the same owner and user of that vehicle.

3. Whether the vehicle and its driver are residents in occupation on north end road who are legally permitted to obtain a residents permit to be parking here.

4. I do not consent for this vehicle to be allocated any permits under my address and given they do not occupy any of the properties here have no such right to a permit. Please state how and why they are permitted to park there

5. Please provide all details to me of all permits issued from my property 52A north end road where I am the only occupant or any that have been valid even if issued before the 1st Feb if they were still active from 1st Feb 2022 onwards when I became the lawful Occupier along with the vehicle make models and registrations and the details of the applications for such permits.

6. Please also state how the Golders Green cpz plan document 'Golders Green - 16514_220a.-PandS MAIN GOLDERS GREEN PLAN shows that the occupant of the property and use of the Highway outside property 52A north end road is not allowed to wait outside the hours of 11-12 where the map shows an orange line which as the key shows is a waiting restriction between Monday and Friday 11am-12 noon.. despite this and being the sole occupant with access to my driveway, when tresspassing vehicles you give me tickets for my own consent to be outside my own property outside my own driveway which you infringe rule 27 with.

7. Please also state how the document states this CPZ plan issued on 30/08/2011 despite the document itself not being created until 9/8/2012 at 2:20pm and later modified again by the council on 25/1/2013 at 11:27am

8. Please also state where the property 52A north end road is shown within this map you use which does not show any such property or prove one has been established here for 2011, 2012 or 2013 as per the councils use of that map for those dates.
